Switzerland visa process
Get admitted into a Swiss educational institution as your first step if you wish to pursue a degree there.
You can apply for a student visa to Switzerland once you obtain your certificate of enrolment from the university or college where you wish to enrol.
When you apply for a Swiss student visa, you must fulfil requirements and provide the needed paperwork. You must send the original of each document along with three copies that have been translated into either English or one of Switzerland’s official languages.
Documents required:
- A complete visa application form of Switzerland.
- Two passport sized photographs that must be according to the given requirements.
- A valid passport
- Medical insurance
- A cover letter that explains your purpose for going to Switzerland
- Proof of accommodation
- Proof of civil status
- Proof of sufficient funds
- Evidence of paid swizz visa fees
